A journey back to nature

Two hours to come back to yourself

Reconnect with nature and with yourself, walking barefoot through the forest garden, resting in the sound of singing bowls, and sipping blue lotus tea. A quiet way to find your own center again.

It starts with your feet touching the earth. Then your body slowly lies down to listen, and it ends with a cup of warm tea.

Good for anyone who wants to try both forest bathing and a sound session in a short time, after work or on a day off.

It begins as the sun softens and ends as the sky starts to change color: two hours in which your body slowly shifts pace along with the day.

FAQ

Questions we hear often

Is it a waste if I fall asleep?

Not at all. Plenty of people fall asleep, and we don't wake anyone. Your body chooses how it wants to rest.

Do I really have to go barefoot? What if I'm not comfortable with that?

It's never required. You can keep your shoes on the whole time. Most people who hesitate at first end up taking them off later on their own, but if you don't, no one will mind.

What's blue lotus tea like?

A warm tea with a mild taste and a light scent. If you'd rather not drink it, just say so and we'll give you warm water instead.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothes you don't mind getting dirty and can sit on the ground in. Beyond that, just come as you are.

Can I come on my own?

Of course. Coming alone is completely normal here, and there's never a moment where you're asked to speak or share before you're ready.
