Community Healing Belonging again

A small circle where people really listen. Talk, or stay quiet.

A journey back to nature

A circle where no one has to be good at anything

A space to reconnect with yourself, with nature, and with one another, through deep listening, open sharing, and creating something together. A gentle way to unwind, feel a little less alone, and find a sense of belonging again.

Some things don't need anyone to fix them. Having someone listen to the end is enough to make them lighter.

We always begin with nature, so everyone can slow down on their own before we sit together.

No more than 15 people in a circle. Small enough for everyone to hear each other, big enough to know you aren't the only one who feels this way.

What this circle is not

  • It isn't counselling. No one will analyze you or teach you.
  • You don't have to talk about personal things until you want to. Just listening is a real part of the circle too.
  • What is said in the circle stays in the circle.

FAQ

Questions we hear often

Do I have to talk about personal things?

No. How much you share is entirely up to you, or you can just listen for the whole session.

Where does what I say go?

It stays in the circle. Everyone agrees before we start not to repeat what they hear outside. We don't film or record during the circle.

How is this different from seeing a psychologist?

This circle is a place to listen to each other as friends. It isn't medical care or counselling. If you're going through something heavy, we'd suggest talking to a professional directly.

I've never done this before. Can I join?

Yes. Every program is made so first-timers can join right away. There's no pose to get right and nothing to memorize. Our team walks you through it step by step the whole way.

Can I come on my own?

Of course. Coming alone is completely normal here, and there's never a moment where you're asked to speak or share before you're ready.
