Our Philosophy

A Place to Return
to What Truly Matters.

“What we really offer isn't an activity. It's the chance to meet yourself again.”

We use time in nature, sound, and flower arranging as gentle ways to help people find their way back to themselves.

  • NatureTime outdoors, at a slower pace
  • PeoplePeople to share it with
  • Inner GrowthGrowing from the inside
  • A Better YouA little more like yourself

Our Story

From Forgotten Land
to a Living Sanctuary

Four things we won't compromise on

  • Small circles, 12-15 guestsWe could take more, but then there'd be no room left for anyone to really be with themselves.
  • No one has to speakEvery session ends with a sharing circle, but you're free to talk or to sit quietly. No one is ever called on to share.
  • When it's over, it's over. No upselling. We have no follow-on course to sell, and we won't try to sign you up for anything once the session ends.
  • We don't promise what we can't giveWe're a nature-based activity space, not a clinic, and we don't provide medical care. For anything health-related, we always suggest speaking with a doctor or a qualified professional directly.

Our People

The People
Behind the Experience

  • Tha Kanyanat, facilitator at Soul Healing House
    Tha KanyanatActivity leader
    • Sound Healing Practitioner
    • Breathwork & Somatic Movement for Trauma Healing
    • Sylvotherapy (Forest Therapy) Practitioner

Stress and emotion don't stay only in the mind, she often says. You can feel them in the body too: in a stiff neck and shoulders, in a chest that draws tight, in breath that stays shallow and short.

That's why the activities she guides invite you to slow down and pay attention to the body, not just the thoughts.
