Watch the intro videoA journey back to nature
A full day away from the noise of the outside world. Let nature, good company, and sound settle your mind, and give yourself space to simply be with yourself again.
We have nothing against technology. We just invite you to put it down for a day and see what time with yourself really looks like.
In the first hour your hand usually itches to pick up your phone. By the afternoon, many people have forgotten where they left it.
Six hours without a single notification. Long enough for your body to remember what real rest is like.
Today there's nothing you have to do

A mindful journey

Nothing special. Wear comfortable clothes you can sit on the ground in, and give yourself a little extra time to arrive so there's no rush before we begin.
Of course. Coming alone is completely normal here, and there's never a moment where you're asked to speak or share before you're ready.
