Soul Healing House collects only the information we genuinely need to get back to you and to handle your activity bookings. This page explains what we collect, what we use it for, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with your data.

Who We Are

We are the data controller under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

What We Collect

  • When you reach out to us: the name or account name you contact us with, and the messages we exchange, via LINE, email, or social media inbox.
  • When you book and pay: your full name, phone number, and payment slip (which shows the account name and transaction time).
  • When you subscribe to our newsletter: your email address.
  • When you visit our website: usage data such as pages viewed, time spent, device type, and a cookie ID, collected through cookies only if you accept.

We do not collect health information

We do not ask for or record participants' health information or medical history. If you happen to share something about your health with us in a chat, we do not save it and we do not pass it on to anyone.

What We Use It For

  • Getting back to you to answer questions and let you know about upcoming activity dates.
  • Confirming your booking and your seat.
  • Keeping proof of payment as required by accounting law.
  • Improving our website and content to match what people are interested in.

We do not sell, trade, or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes, except through the measurement tools you accept, as described under Cookies and Analytics below.

How Long We Keep It

  • Payment slips and proof of payment: 5 years, as required by the Accounting Act, then deleted.
  • Chat messages: kept for as long as we still need to stay in touch, then deleted when no longer needed.
  • Newsletter emails: until you ask to unsubscribe.

Cookies and Analytics

If you accept, we use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to measure visits and advertising. These tools receive your usage information under each company’s own policy.

You can accept or decline through the cookie bar that appears on your first visit, and change your mind at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the site. If you decline, these tools do not run and the site still works as usual.

The site also keeps daily totals of visits and button presses, without cookies and without anything that identifies you.

Your Rights

You can always ask us to do any of the following with your data:

  • Ask to see what information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate.
  • Ask us to delete your information.
  • Ask us to stop using your information, or withdraw your consent.
  • Ask us to send your information in a format you can reuse elsewhere.

Just reach out through any of our channels, and we will take care of it within 30 days.

Data Security

We limit access to your data to only the team members who need it to stay in touch with you and run our activities, and we do not disclose contacts' chat messages to anyone else.
