Sound Sessions in Haven
Sound in the Forest Garden
Lie down, close your eyes, and let the sound of Tibetan singing bowls and natural instruments move through you — in a forest garden, not a closed room.
Start here
What a sound session is
It's sound from instruments that make long, continuous tones — Tibetan singing bowls, gongs and bells — while you do nothing but lie back and listen.
These sounds have no beat to follow, no melody to remember. What happens is that the thoughts circling in your head slowly find nothing to hold onto.
Most people say they weren't asleep, yet not fully awake either. It's that place somewhere in between.
No sitting cross-legged. No chanting. No posture to get right. Just lie back comfortably and let the sound do the rest.
What's different
Others hold it indoors. We hold it in a forest garden.
The sounds you'll hear
The instruments we use
Long, continuous tones with enough vibration to feel in your body. The main sound of the whole session.
Wide tones that slowly fade away, used to open and close each part.
Sounds like rain and wind, made from wood and seeds, laid down as a backdrop for the rest.

Common questions
Is it a waste if I fall asleep?
Not at all. Plenty of people fall asleep, and we don't wake anyone. Your body chooses how it wants to rest.
Do I have to lie on the floor? What if my back hurts?
There are mats and pillows to lie on. If your back hurts, just tell us — we have extra pillows to put under your knees, or you can sit propped up for the whole session instead.
Is it loud?
Never sharp on the ears. The sound rises gently and falls gently. If it ever feels too loud, tell us anytime and we'll adjust it.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes you can lie down in. Everything else is provided. If you get cold easily, bring an extra layer.
What happens if it rains?
There's a covered area. If the rain is heavy enough that lying outside doesn't work, we'll let you know in advance and move the session.
Soul Healing House is a space for nature-based activities and personal growth, not a medical facility, and we do not provide medical services. If you have any health concerns, we recommend speaking with a doctor or qualified professional directly.
