Where you are
A hidden urban forest, closed off for over 50 years
— in the heart of the city, just off Sukhumvit
You don’t have to drive all the way out of town to find quiet under the trees. Just set aside half a day for yourself, and walk in.
We draw on the Japanese practice of forest bathing, sound healing, and a range of gentle activities to help you slow down and come back to yourself. Every session closes with a small circle — a quiet moment to share something good with one another.
Programs
Choose a program, and a day to let yourself rest.

Social Detox Day
A full day away from the noise of the outside world. Let nature, good company, and sound settle your mind — and give yourself space to simply be with yourself again.

Full Moon Alchemy
Forest Bathing · Sound Healing · Manifestation
An evening bathed in forest, in sound, and in moonlight — a time to release what no longer feels like yours, and to set a gentle intention for something new that you know you deserve.

Connect to Nature,
Connect to Your Soul
Forest Bathing · Grounding · Sound Healing
Reconnect with nature and with yourself — walking barefoot through the forest garden, resting in the sound of singing bowls, and sipping blue lotus tea. A quiet way to find your own center again.

Ikebana for Inner Harmony
A return to stillness through the Japanese art of flower arranging, alongside the soft tones of crystal bowls. As a busy mind grows quiet, you’ll arrange one piece to take home with you.

Forest Therapy
Grounding, Earthing & Forest Bathing
A time to reconnect with nature and the earth beneath your feet, in the calm of a hidden urban forest that’s been closed off for over 50 years.

Community Healing
A space to reconnect — with yourself, with nature, and with one another — through deep listening, open sharing, and creating something together. A gentle way to unwind, feel a little less alone, and find a sense of belonging again.

Cold & Calm Ceremony
Ice Bath
An ice bath alongside forest bathing and sound healing, closing with a mindful tea ceremony over blue lotus tea. A chance to let yourself settle, with a soft moment of intention (Manifestation) as you rest in the cold water.

Sound Healing in Haven
Lie back, held by the forest around you, and let the sound of the singing bowls carry your mind into stillness. An hour to simply be with yourself, in a hidden urban forest in the heart of the city.

Before You Come
Frequently asked questions
“Never done this before — will I be okay?”
No need to worry — a guide will walk you through, one step at a time.
“Do I have to tell strangers about myself?”
There’s a small, optional sharing at the end. Speak if you’d like, or just sit and listen — both are welcome.
“Is it strange to come alone?”
Plenty of people come on their own. Most of the activities are time with yourself — and many leave with a new friend or two.
“Will I get upsold something afterward?”
No upselling, ever. Your sense of safety and ease matters most to us.
